Return Policy

Return your items within 7 days from the date of delivery. All requests to return or exchange items are subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

Terms and Conditions:

• On sale / discounted items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items have defects such as holes, missing parts, faulty stitching, discolouration before washing etc.
• In case of defects, items can be exchanged for another item if still in-stock, or a refund in the form of shop credits if the item is out of stock.
• Customers will be charged a flat fee of $10 SGD to cover return shipping costs.
